This company currently offers 26 specialty job boards. Some are totally free, and some are traditional recruiting services. Our specialty job boards make it very easy to find just the right person. Only people in that specialty bother to post their resumes. Managers can further refine the search by the candidate's location, industry experience, citizenship or resume key words. Candidates do not spam managers, managers select candidates. In contrast, if you post a job on one of the monolithic job boards, you will often get 400 spam resumes, many from people without work permits, and the right candidate is frustrated because he does not get interviewed. Specialty job boards make it easy to find the right person. These job boards are particularly good at finding local candidates. Since they are map enabled, You can see where the candidates and jobs are located, and then find the one closest to you.

All of these job boards in are in high paying fields. For historical reasons most of our job boards are in software specialties. More recent job boards are in the life sciences. Healthcare is a growing area. International business is our newest focus.

Gary Friedman is a professional photographer who runs the stock image website FriedmanArchives.com. Before graduating to photography he was a rocket scientist for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he invented the Data Egg. Which was the inspiration for the Text Faster product line.
